HELPING HER HOME'S STORY
OUR HISTORY
Helping Her Home is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping female service members as they transition out of tours of duty even out of their military careers altogether. Many times the challenges faced by our military as they return to civilian life go unnoticed. Helping Her Home exists to assist women veterans in all walks of life with finding balance and stability in themselves and their homes through a variety of programs. Each program is designed specifically to address the unique needs women face after living a life of service to their country.

Helping Her Home was founded by Sheri A Mathias D.P.A. After watching the needs of so many female veterans go unmet, Sheri decided to dedicate herself to creating an organization and a facility to help these brave warriors regain a sense of normalcy and pride in their lives at home. Sheri has gathered a specialized group of individuals who have a heart for women and who strive to make a difference in every veteran the organization makes contact with.
